We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers purchasing hosting plans without registering or transferring a domain. If you wish to cancel your account within 30 days of activation, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. This guarantee applies to the following services:

Policy Details:
- The 30-day refund policy is applicable only during the first month of service activation.
- The refund policy is not applicable for service renewals. Please renew your hosting plan only if you are fully satisfied with the service.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Domain Registrations and Transfers:
- As per ICANN rules and regulations, registering, transferring, or renewing domains is non-refundable. Please do not request refunds for these services.
- Dedicated Servers: All types of dedicated servers, including PPD servers, storage servers, and gaming servers, are non-refundable. This also includes any associated order add-ons, such as WHM/cPanel licenses.
- VPS and RDP Products: All unmanaged or managed VPS and RDP products, along with licenses (e.g., cPanel/WHM, Softaculous) and any other add-ons, are non-refundable.
- Add-ons: Any add-ons, including but not limited to cPanel/WHM licenses, CloudLinux licenses, Softaculous licenses, and LiteSpeed Web Server licenses, are non-refundable.
- Setup Fees: Any setup fees applied to products are non-refundable.
